Shared-event pricing

These prices apply when we photograph several exhibitors at the same trade fair. A dedicated visit is quoted individually.

Editing included

Selection, colour correction and exposure adjustments are included. Extensive retouching is quoted separately.

Delivery

High-resolution photographs are normally delivered within 5 working days.

works

We agree on timing and scope in advance, in English. On the day, we work around the trade fair programme and the activity at your stand.

Frequently asked questions

When do package prices apply, and how much is a dedicated visit?

Prices from 160 EUR and from 200 EUR excl. VAT apply when we photograph several exhibitors at the same trade fair. Dedicated photography is quoted individually based on location and scope. We confirm availability and the final price before you book.

Do you photograph events outside Prague?

Yes, depending on timing and scope. Include the trade fair in your enquiry. Travel and any accommodation are included in the quote in advance.

Can you photograph our stand without people?

We can arrange photography before visitors arrive or after closing, depending on when the stand is ready and when the organiser allows access.

Can you photograph several of our stands at the same trade fair?

Yes. Tell us the number of stands, their approximate size and location in your message. We will prepare a combined quote and schedule the photography of each stand.

Can we use the photographs in our marketing?

The packages include use on your website, social media, in print and company presentations. We agree on the specific usage rights when you book.

Does submitting an enquiry confirm a booking?

No. We first confirm availability, scope, price and venue access. Your shoot is booked once we have agreed on these details together.

Privacy policy

How we handle your data when you use this website or send us an enquiry.

Who processes your data

The data controller is Jiří Šilha, the photographer providing the ExpoFoto service. For questions or requests about personal data, contact us at info@expofoto.cz or on +420 739 737 659.

What happens to your enquiry

The form processes the name, company, email address and photography details you provide. While you complete the form, the data remains in the open page. On submission, a secure server endpoint sends it to our email inbox. Enquiries are not stored in a database by the form.

You submit your enquiry on this website using the Send enquiry button. Cloudflare handles the technical processing and Spacemail (Spaceship) delivers the email. Please do not include sensitive personal data in your message.

Why we need your data

We use the information you send to respond, prepare a quote, arrange photography and, where applicable, fulfil the agreed assignment. The legal basis is taking steps before entering into a contract and performing that contract. For company contact persons, the basis is our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries and communicating about assignments.

Completing and sending the form is voluntary. Without contact details, we cannot reply. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Retention and access

We retain the data while handling your enquiry and related discussions. For agreed assignments, we retain it for fulfilment and then for the period required by accounting and tax rules or necessary to protect legal claims.

Hosting and email providers help operate the website and deliver messages. They may process data as necessary to provide these services.

Browser storage

The website uses local browser storage only to remember your chosen light, dark or system appearance. You can change it using the control at the bottom left, or remove it by clearing website data in your browser. Enquiry details are not saved in this storage.

The page’s own code does not use analytics or advertising tracking. The hosting provider may process technical information, such as your IP address and request details, to operate and secure the service.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Send your request to info@expofoto.cz. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
